We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Hot Springs. It is close to the downtown area and we were within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, bath house row, and the Hot Springs National Park. The room was clean and we loved our free drinks at the bar because we booked through Expedia. A couple of things that were a bit disappointing was the breakfast, and the parking. The eggs were dry, and the biscuits were crispy instead of soft on the breakfast Buffett. The parking was a block away for a covered parking garage or across the street at the bank (uncovered) if you parked your own car which we did because we were on a motorcycle. Overall though, we would go right back to this hotel for the price and convenience to the downtown because the pros outweigh the cons by far. The staff was very helpful and friendly also.

Comfy beds, delish breakfast, coffee for every taste (even a cold coffee machine!) safe area, safe parking garage, clean rooms, pretty reception area, beautiful (local?) art hanging in the lobby. Staff was all fantastic--Hope and Angie were on it with helpful information and a warm smile. Robbin is the nicest valet and bellman ever, and he deserves alllllll the tips you give him! He went above and beyond. One slight issue with our plumbing but when I called down to the front, Angie said she'd send someone and not 10 minutes later the issue was fixed! Great customer service from all employees, clean rooms, sweetest housekeeping staff, and I'm just thrilled with this little gem we found! I Will definitely be back.
